Todays workout was a bit of bodyweight skills and stability at the gym Ive just finished Week 14 of my #freshbodyfitmind training and I can definitely notice how much easier these exercises are!! Upper Body Blast at Home! You can increase the difficulty of these depending on where you place your hands. Closer to the wall is more difficult, so feel free to place your hands where is most appropriate for your level. Upside Down Mountain Climbers: With your feet up on the wall, simply bring each knee to your chest. When you return, be sure to squeeze your core and breath properly. Upside Down Side Mountain Climbers: Same as above but bring your knee to the opposite shoulder. Be sure to squeeze your core and breath properly throughout. Upside Down Toe Taps: Simply bring one foot down and lightly tap your toe on the ground. Stabilize your core and squeeze throughout so you can support your body while one leg is up and one is down. Upside Down Walk Down: Walk two steps down, or as far as you can without putting your feet on the ground, and walk back up. Do 8 reps of each and repeat 3x! #fitbodyguide www.annavictoria.comguides

Im challenging all of you to add this to your next workout! Tag a friend and do it together! Stiff-Leg Sit-Ups: Lie on the ground holding a dumbbell above your head and your knees straight. Proceed to swing the dumbbell up above your chest, and use your core strength to lift your torso up. When you are sitting, be sure to keep your chest out so your back does not curl over. As you return to the laying position, lower your back in a controlled manner, one vertebrae at a time. V-Up: Lie on the ground holding a dumbbell above your head and your feet lifted slightly off the ground, and your knees straight. Proceed to swing the dumbbell up over your head and simultaneously raise your legs until the dumbbell and your feet meet. Your body should be in a V position at the peak of the exercise. Slowly return to the starting position. Toe Reach: Lie on the ground holding a dumbbell above your head and your legs straight up in the air, perpendicular to the floor. Proceed to swing the dumbbell up over your head and reach the dumbbell to your toes. Commandos: Begin in a high plank and lower yourself to a plank, one arm at a time. Proceed to alternate between the two positions as fast as you can. The challenge: Do each exercise 15 times and repeat for 3 total rounds in 10 minutes! #fitbodyguide www.annavictoria.comguides
