Still having technical difficulties with the new workout videos so here is one of my favorite past videos for Upper Body you can do from anywhere! You can increase the difficulty of these depending on where you place your hands. Closer to the wall is more difficult, so feel free to place your hands where is most appropriate for your level. Do 8 reps of each and repeat 3x. My entire 12 week fit body guide can be done at home and takes only 30 mins a day. Whos ready for a Burpee Challenge! (Im sure Im getting some blank stares I will tell you that I have only recently improved at doing burpees. Before, I was horrible at them and I hated them! In order to improve I would do them in phases (jump my legs back into a push-up position, pause, jump my legs back up to my chest, pause, jump up, and pause... it was quite a long process but forcing myself to do them no matter how slow I was, is what helped me to improve. Heres your challenge: 2 push-ups burpee squat jump: 5 rounds 5 mountain climber burpees squat jump: 5 rounds Do both rounds which would be a total of 10 burpees and record your time. How fast can you do them? Now next week, try again and try to beat last weeks time! Tag a friend to do it with you! #fitbodyguide www.annavictoria.comguides

The Burpee Challenge was Tuesday, now its time for a Core Challenge! Push-Up Side Hip Dips: Perform one push-up then rotate to a side hip dip, be sure to stabilize your body first so its in a straight line so you can effectively and properly use your core muscles when you dip your hips down and pull yourself back up. Rotate back to a push-up position, perform a push-up, then do a hip dip on the opposite side. Dont feel the need to rush, stabilizing your body is one of the main points of this exercise so go as fast as you can while stabilizing properly. 5 rounds Commandos Side Plank Dips: perform 2 full commandos (transitioning from a plank position to a push-up position) then perform a side plank dip by rotating your weight and torso to the right, and then rotate your body and torso to the left. 5 rounds Do both rounds which would be a total of 10 rounds, record your time, and try to beat your time next week when you try again (with proper form Tag a friend to do it with you! #fitbodyguide www.annavictoria.comguides
